Sales Assistant

Job Responsibility:

Communicate with overseas agents and customers by mail and telephone, provide market information and develop transportation plans for customers; Responsible for order tracking; Deal with documents, logistics, and business related work matters; Assist the company to maintain good communication and cooperation relationship with customers.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, CET 4 or above, major in marketing, International trade or related. Party member, TEM-8 preferred.

Shipping Operation

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for filling in the bills and notes between the factory and the foreign agent, and sorting and recording the system; Responsible for booking space and arranging trailer customs declaration; Responsible for communication with shipping company; Handle factory bill of lading and booking work.

Job Requirements:

College degree or above, CET-4 equivalent, major in logistics management, international trade or related, have some understanding of freight forwarder shipping. Party members are preferred.

Commercial Attache

Job Responsibility:

Finance Assistant

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for checking payment documents; Responsible for accounts receivable and payables verification,voucher entry; Responsible for the printing and binding of vouchers;
Complete the monthly invoice certification and issuing work; Assist the responsible person to do current accountstatistics and clearing work.

Job Requirements:

College degree or above, CET-4 or above, major in finance or related. Party members are preferred.
