To enhance the level of customer service for VIP customers and lay a solid foundation for our customers, the Operation Department organized a selection process for VIP Customer Service Mentors on November 13th. MRF aim to lead the customer service team in the continuous improvement of their skills and seek innovations while discovering more talented individuals in the field of VIP customer services.

The 9th GLA Global Logistics Conference was held grandly at the Hainan International Convention & Exhibition Centre. Led by Ivy, Sales Director, Lucy, Kyrene and Suzy, Sales Managers, and some others joined together to welcome partners and exhibitors from various countries attending the 9th GLA Global Logistics Conference.

On November 18th, the first weekend after the beginning of winter, Sales Department 5 conducted an outdoor team-building activity at Dapingzhang Forest Park for members.

On November 22nd, a delegation led by the Vice Chairman of Nanhu Street Federation of Trade Unions of Luohu District , visited and conducted research at MRF, aiming to solve challenges for enterprises. At the same time, they held a book donation ceremony to create a favorable reading environment for MRF’s members.

Niya (the General Manager), Patty (the Director of the Sales Department 2), and Flora (the Director of the Sales Department 4) traveled to Mexico and Panama for market research, establishing a foothold for business expansion in the South American market.
