May, spring is not over, summer is coming. From May 21 to 23, 2021, 43 members of MRF management organized a three-day and two-night group building activity in Doubletree by Hilton Shanwei Hotel. On the afternoon of the 21st, the team members gathered at the downstairs of the company and set off together by bus. They arrived at Doubletree by Hilton Shanwei Hotel at 5:15 by singing and laughing. Upon arrival, everyone received their room cards in an orderly manner and were free to move around.

A management team meeting will be held at the conference hall of the hotel at 9 a.m. on June 22. At the meeting, the moderator Alex led everyone to discuss the importance of openness for team management, review the development history of MRF, analyze the global Top10 of international logistics industry, and carry out the following three issues:

1. The importance of openness for team management.

2. Country Manager to share the progress and improvement of its own area.

3. How to narrow the gap with the industry's top ten?

The voice of everyone in this company is very important. The word "open" is not a request to you, but more importantly, it is a request to me and the company. The Chinese name of the company is MRF, "stable as Mount Tai, extensive and profound". I feel that all of you present here have well reflected this spirit in your work, which I think is the wealth of the company. Thanks to a group of managers who are willing to think, learn and pursue their own dreams and goals, we have achieved our growth every year. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all of you. The next expectation for you is: I hope we can achieve the world's top ten quantities or development direction in 20 years. By September this year, we will put forward the company's 3-year development plan and 5-year development plan. I will brainstorm with the management present and make the plan with an open attitude. The realization of the company's 3-year development plan and 5-year development plan will be the growth of everyone's personal management ability, personal income double and triple. I hope everyone will work together to achieve our great goal.

At 3 p.m. on the 22nd, a group building game will be held in the open space downstairs of the hotel, which will be randomly divided into 4 groups. Wearing MRF blue and white culture shirts and MRF blue culture hats, the team members competed with each other and sweated in the game.

The first game: listen to songs, familiar and melodious melody pulled up the memories of our thoughts, clearly can sing out but can not recall the name of the song, we anxiously stomped, of course, there are also a few "God of Song" level players, as soon as the music played a series of guesses the answer, the atmosphere of the game tense and intense.

The second game: hula hoop, the rotation of the hula hoop like a flying dragon, tiger tiger wind. Every team was enthusiastic, cheering, cheering and laughing.

The third game: Concentric drum, each team in order to be able to bounce the ball on the drum head and brainstorm, active discussion. Everyone toward the same goal, for the honor of the team and unremitting practice, so that the tacit understanding between team members greatly increased.

The fourth game: back-to-back luck ball, two players with balloons on their backs, leaning close to each other, shouting a neat horn, taking the odd-even staggered pace. Encourage each other, support each other, tacit cooperation.

In the evening of the 22nd, a summer beach fashion show was held on the lawn of the hotel. All of MRF's fairies and handsome boys were dressed up and danced to a dynamic melody under the accompaniment of "Evening Sun". Everyone's clothes are fragrant and beautiful, and 43 models are walking towards the audience with 43 kinds of summer beach amorous feelings. At this moment, everyone is the most beautiful "star", everyone in the bright smile, firm pace, are permeated with the light of confidence.

As the general manager Niya said, I hope everyone can see more possibilities of themselves and have the ability to accept more possibilities of others. Embrace yourself and others with an open mind, and you will find that there will be many surprises in life! The three days and two nights of the group building activities, we are full of enthusiasm, not exhausted.
