On May 6, 2020, MRF Qingdao branch organized a team building activity in Qingdao Dinghi Villa Home Party Club, Laoshan District, Qingdao, with the theme of "Ode to the Spring of Hope and Vibrance and Jointly Create Excellence for MRF". Niya , our general manager, was also fully engaged in the event.

At 8:40 a.m., all the 22 colleagues took a bus to Laoshan, having a blast on the way while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Laoshan Mountain. At 10:10, the team arrived at the venue on time. After a short rest, Niya talked freely with us, shared her sales experience and corporate culture, and took photos with us. Everyone had a great time and at 12 o 'clock, the lunch was served on time. we talked with each other against the clinks of cups and enjoyed happy time together.

At 2:30 PM, under the guidance of the coach, we were divided into three teams of "red, green and blue" for a fierce team game. Each task required team spirit, which was a test for each team member. We gained trust from each other through the game, and more importantly, we gained confidence and a sense of achievement after successful teamwork.

At 5 o 'clock in the afternoon, the game came to an ended. Through this activity, we demonstrated our team spirit and further enhanced our sense of team honor and team cohesion.
