On July 22nd, 2023, MRF Qingdao Branch organized an outdoor group building activity with the theme of "Going Forward, Setting Sail" for all the members at the Grand Mission Resort in Laoshan District, Qingdao.

At 5:00 pm, the bus brought members to the designated venue, and the group building activity was officially kicked off. The team members, each in their own company, familiarized themselves with the activity site and the surrounding facilities, and took pictures under the beautiful scenery of the resort hotel, and everyone waited for the start of the dinner with excitement and joy.

At 6:00 pm, all the team members assembled on the towering grandstand and took a group photo. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, Cody, the Director of Qingdao Branch, delivered a short and important speech, and at the same time expressed his expectations for the future of the whole team. At 6:15 pm, the dinner party officially started, members enjoyed the delicious food in a burst of laughter, and enthusiastically shared the joy of life and work with everyone. In the sound of clashing glasses, Cody and the managers toasted with the members at each table, which pushed the atmosphere of the dinner to the climax.

At 8:00 pm, the awaited party performance began. Mika, the good voice of MF, appeared on the stage, and the song " Catch one's heart " brought everyone's thoughts back to the warmest time; followed by the beautiful girls from Qingdao Booking Department, who brought the moving song "Later". Amidst the cheering, the energetic Qingdao Documentation Department sang the song "The Road to Heaven is Wide and Wide", which is a song of "The Road to Heaven is Wide and Wide", under the leadership of Audrey. The energetic Qingdao Documentation Department, led by Audrey, sang a chorus of the song "Wide and Wide Road to Heaven", which brought wonderful memories of childhood to the members on the spot.

The atmosphere of the evening party gradually warmed up, the colleagues also brought wonderful songs ...... under the light of the night lights and melodious singing, time seems to stay, this passionate and extraordinary night belongs to each and every one of the member of MRF.

To the team game activities, the first bead line miles relay game, instantly attracted the attention of members, male and female members were divided into two groups of five, after two rounds of fierce competition, the female team was more stable first to take the lead. From the relay game not only exercised the team spirit of cooperation, but also enhanced the degree of participation and enthusiasm between members, so that all members felt the importance of team communication and collaboration.

The second slightly more difficult game came, each group member, under the guidance of administrative colleagues, carried out the exciting and tense track dribbling, through the cooperation of four members to make the ball smoothly through the track to reach the end point and fall into the bucket. During the difficult game, we cultivated the perseverance and fighting spirit of not being discouraged, and strengthened the sense of teamwork again.

At 10:00 pm, the activity came to an end. This group building activity once again carried out the team spirit of unity, mutual help and concerted efforts of Qingdao Branch, implemented the cultural construction of MRF, greatly promoted the communication between members of various departments, increased the centripetal force and cohesion of the enterprise, and prompted Qingdao Branch to get better development.
