The 13ththe World Cargo Alliance (WCA) was held from February 27 to March 2, 2024 in Dubai. Dubai is known as the paradise of wealth far beyond the Middle East, with more than 4,500 delegates from more than 180 countries around the globe attending the conference in this tourism and logistics center that combines business and entertainment. It is of great significance for participating companies to further increase their international visibility and accelerate their business growth.

As a member company of WCA, General Manager Niya personally led the team, Vice President of Sales Jana, Deputy Manager of Shanghai Branch Andrea, Director of Sales Department 2 Patty, Director of Sales Department 4 Flora, Director of Sales Department 5 Lucky, General Manager Office Sales Director Ivy, two business managers Elvis and Samson, a total of nine sales elites of the strongest lineup to participate in this WCA Global Conference.

We had one-on-one meetings with hundreds of customers, and it was the first time I had participated in such a global international exhibition. Before attending the meeting, we conducted relevant working meetings in advance and did all the preparatory work. When I stepped into the exhibition hall and saw the advertisement that MRF is the sponsor of this WCA, I was very proud of it.

During the one-on-one meeting, I mentioned to the agents that MRF's most important strength is its talented people. We all agreed with the idea that young generation is future, and were very optimistic about MRF's young, ambitious and professional team.

Face to face meetings are very important. Many times when communicating via email, the other person doesn't get a good sense of your tone, and I can't express myself very well and directly. I think a very tough customer, in the actual face to face, will find that the other party is actually very good and enthusiastic people. In this exhibition, I took the initiative to talk to customers for the first time and introduced my company, left my contact information, and then I searched for target customers every day, communicated with them independently, and expressed my own opinions. Every day is a little bit more progress than the day before, and I am proud of myself and feel more and more confident. I am proud of myself and feel more and more confident. This exhibition has really benefited me a lot.

This time I attended the WCA show, it was bigger than I expected and there were more customers. There were many unexpected situations in the venue, so I deeply realised the importance of preparation. Need to confirm in advance the following aspects: 1. to see which customers; 2. on-site or off-site; 3. whether I need to prepare to meet the accompanying gift. The day before the meeting, I need to reconfirm that the next day's schedule is fine.

And this is also the first time I met many of my own customers face to face, the feeling is very different, usually are across the computer screen and telephone communication, this meeting is like knowing a long time old friends meet, really amazing. I believe that this experience, whether it is the customer to our company, or my own growth path are very helpful. I will continue to work hard!
