In order to cultivate and introduce young talents in an all-round way, and focus on building a modern talent team with excellent quality, Madison, Senior Recruiter, and Suzy, Business Elite, went to Jiangxi University of Science and Technology to participate in the 2023 Autumn Campus Recruitment Fair on October 19th.

A total of 443 enterprises participated in this campus recruitment fair, attracting a total of 11,222 fresh graduates from several campuses including Hongqi Campus, Huangjin Campus, Nanchang Campus, Sanjiang Campus, etc. The number of graduates from the School of Foreign Languages and the School of Economics and Management of the counterparts specialized in the same field totaled 855 people.

The campus recruitment fair was orderly, many students lined up in front of the booth, resume delivery students majoring in English, international trade, accounting majors. According to statistics, this campus recruitment fair received more than 100 resumes, including 35 English majors, 34 international trade majors, more than 40 other majors.

During the presentation, Madison gave a detailed explanation of the MRF's development overview, business positions, and talent training. After the presentation, it started the on-site two-way choose, answering the relevant questions raised by students one by one, and the students have submitted their favorite positions, which further brought the distance between enterprises and students closer.
