It is the responsibility of MRF members to participate in rural revitalization and practice the entrepreneurial spirit.

On the 29th of June, 2022, the general manager of MRF and her delegation attended the "Donation ceremony to help Rural Revitalization" event, which was held by the Charity Federation of Renhuai City in Guizhou Province. MRF donated Three million RMB to the Charity for the construction project of rural revitalization industrial Road in Xinping Village, Hema Town.

In the past two years, due to the epidemic and the Russia-Ukraine war, many enterprises have faced difficulties in their development. By following the instruction of MR. XI, the prime minister of china, Enterprises has to become a new era to build a new development pattern and modern economic system, to promote high-quality development of the new force, and support rural revitalization. After doing lots of research and site-view, the management of MRF found that the highway failed to meet the demand of local villagers basic transportation, which result of many traffic accidents. Moreover, the villagers have already built large farms, but they has not put into production due to the traffic problem. The agricultural products are not able to transfer to the other cities, which brings negative effect to the economic development of local villagers.

This project is led by Renhuai Charity Association, and all the donations will be used for the renovation project of rural revitalization Industrial Road in Xinping Village, Hema Town. In order to ensure the effective promotion and implementation of this project, CCFA has set up a leading group for the renovation of rural Zhenxingye Road in Xinping Village of Hema Town, formulated a complete implementation plan, and supervised and implemented by villagers' autonomy. Under the efforts of leaders at all levels, the project was planned to be completed in the New Year of this year, so that local residents can have safety and prosperity as soon as possible.

Speech by the General Manager:

Renhuai originated from the Shang and Zhou Dynasties and got its name from the Hongwu Reign of the Ming Dynasty, which was established in 1995. Currently, it has a population of 700,000. I think there are two cultural essence, which deeply nourish and guide me:

1、Do not do to others if you do not want to do it to yourself.

2、Benevolent people enjoy water, and water is good for everyone and everything without making any distribution

My company and I are one of the thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises in such big cities as Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing. I am also an ordinary woman, but I know that the enterprises, no matter how big or small, must bear certain social responsibilities and obligations! The core values of MRF are maturity, responsibility, efficiency and win-win cooperation. In my opinion, every individual person, an enterprise or government should have such qualities. Only by being mature and efficient, and being responsible to employees and people, so we can achieve a win-win cooperation.

When I come back to hometown in this time, I feel that tremendous changes have taken place in the village, which make local people’s life more convenient. All of those changes is under the contribution from the local government and leaders. Promoting the happiness and enjoyment depends on the implementation of the government. I really appreciated the contribution of the government to the hometown construction and development.

As a native of Zunyi, the soil and water raises me up and teaches me to be grateful. Even if we are facing the financial difficulties, employee training problems and market competition difficulties, there is no doubt that i will still do everything i can to my hometown.
