11th July, General Manager Niya proposed the "See it, Say it, Sorted it!" mechanism for resolving issues at the office meeting on 11 July. In order to ensure that the issues raised in the cross-departmental communication meeting can be resolved and implemented in a timely manner, the minutes of the meeting will be announced through the corporate publicity column, which includes the description of the issue and the progress of its resolution.

21st July, MRF corporate publicity video bidding meeting had convened, four companies from the Party B narrated the creative plan of corporate promotional video, and the management leaders attended the meeting and put forward the ideas of corporate culture construction.

22nd July MRF Qingdao Branch organized all members went to the Grand Mission Resort in Laoshan District, Qingdao to carry out outdoor group building activities with the theme of " Going Forward, Setting Sail ".

27th July Administration and Human Resources Department carried out training meeting activities themed on the content of corporate culture, Sales Department 1 & 2, Business Department, Finance Department had participated in the meeting to experience the spiritual pleasure brought by corporate culture.

27th July MRF General Manager Niya invited entrepreneurs from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business to participate in MRF's exchange seminar. They discussed the problems encountered in the development of enterprises and put forward useful suggestions.
