August 3rd,The work report meeting of MRF branch was held, at which the directors of each branch reported on the current work pain points, their solutions and work goals in the second half of 2023.

August 4th,Lifting the Fog, Riding the Wind - senior management strategy meeting was held, and the directors of each department reported the work and pointed out the pain points. On this basis, the general manager led and guided the MRF’s future development on the strategic level.

August 17th,Expatriates from China Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd. (COSCO) visited MRF Shenzhen Headquarter for exchange and guidance. Frankie, director of the Commerce Department, was responsible for the reception and warmly introduced our MRF's business related situation to the UK agent of COSCO.

August 22nd,The first MRF Sales Department OKR Application Evaluation was successfully concluded with the active participation of members from various Sales Departments. This evaluation not only promoted the participants' deep understanding of the development and implementation of OKR, but also helped strengthen cooperation and communication between teams.
