MRF English Salon Successfully Ended

In order to create a good English language environment, help sales departments to improve their English negotiation skills, and to face various business negotiation occasions with ease, Karen was invited to lead a 2-week (March 20-March 29) English Salon during her training period in Shenzhen.

Karen was warm and friendly, sharing a lot of information about western culture and customs. At the same time, she also raised many interesting topics and guided everyone to express their ideas and opinions in English, and gave everyone full affirmation and positive feedback.

The English Salon provides a platform for everyone to communicate freely and improve their English skills. In this salon, everyone used group discussion, role-play, and speech to improve our English output. Below is the sharing of participants' feelings about the salon:

When I learned about this English Salon,I immediately signed up for five classes.Because Ithink oral English,not only can leverage our career to great heights but also can help us to communicate with the world. Karen encouraged everyone to talk,no matter how bad is the English accent or the grammar.I have practiced oral English in many different interesting activities, which allowed me to improve my English skills and taught me more business etiquette.I realized that consistent practice English and exposure to varied contexts are key to mastering a language.This will make us better able to express our ideas and listen to more needs of our customers.Finaly,Iwould like to thank MRF to give this opportunity to us, also I would like to express my gratitude to our overseas colleague Karen.This is a beneficial activity,I will continue to practice my oral English in the future.

Month in China After spending four weeks in China,the experience has been enriched not only culturally but professionally This journey started by getting to know the overseas team. It helped to observe the differences in workplace dynamics according to our different backgrounds. Respecting values and cultures is what MRF is known for and its applied to our whole team In the following weeks,I have learnt about the various challenges that team in China encounters on a daily basis including the pace of work and the significance of friendship and collaboration Ihad the chance to have one on one meetings with different people such as sales managers,sales and assistants as well as the members of other departments. Inotice all of us are interested in having a stronger team,so being able to chat about teamwork and encourage all members to work with each other,I believe is the pointer to make MRF grow even more.Looking MRF as an entire puzzle not just as pieces that confirm one.

After two weeks of learning, this salon came to a successful end and gained unanimous praise from everyone. At the same time, we would like to thank Karen for her dedication and every colleague who participated in this English Salon. We look forward to your participation in the next English Salon!
