From April 16-18, 2026, MRF Corporate University held the "Practical Internal Trainer" training at Shenzhen HQ. The three-day program helped key talents transition from business experts to internal trainers.

Instructor Xiong delivered the course via case studies, demos, group drills, and real-time feedback, ensuring practical learning and application.

Day one focused on the "Ace" concept: three dimensions of competence, plus talent review, training-warfare system, and review mechanisms to build winning teams.

The trainer module emphasized internal trainers as corporate evangelists. Using tools like the 30-second hook and 90-second story, we built a practical selection, certification, and rating system.

Practical sessions covered mindset, knowledge, and skills. Mindset used empathy-resonance-consensus; knowledge used the 3-3-3 rule; skills used demo-decompose-practice-correct-retrain.

The atmosphere was energetic as participants stepped out of comfort zones. Several shared their growth stories, reflecting MRF’s spirit of progress and victory.

The Operations Department won the team PK champion for their dedication and resilience. Their smile embodied MRF’s down-to-earth, striving spirit.

This training marked MRF Corporate University’s first anniversary. It solved fragmented training issues and built an "Ace + Internal Trainer" system for experience to be inherited and capabilities replicated.
