Recently, I watch the "A Lifelong Journey" TV series and deeply understand that the development and growth of the country is not easy. It is the sacrifice and contribution of many people who born in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. The achievement of MRF in this thirteen years relies on the contribution and hard work of every employee.

When I went to Ukraine for the business tripped in 2014, there was a serious riot in Kiev, and our hotel was near the riot square! I also remember that on the day of the Turkish government shootout, I originally planned to fly from Poland to Turkey, but my parents saw the riot and immediately asked me to change my schedule, so I immediately changed my flight from Poland to Georgia! There were many militant violence happened in the past couple years. The peace and the development we had today were achieved through hard work and sacrifice. I hope all MRF people appreciated what we have now! However, the war in Ukraine and Russia made me see that there are still many management weakness in the company, and these weakness are likely to destroy the achievements we have made! Therefore, we need to cultivate a large number of MRF people who are more professional, responsible, mature, efficient and responsible, like Zhang Yu and Yang Luyao, who looks the company as their career life and team management as their responsibility.

The achievement is from the contribution of everyone from MRF, and the enterprise is the enterprise of everyone.
