Star Brilliance, Future Shines: MRF Q1 Five-Star Award Ceremony

2026.05.14

On the afternoon of May 14, MRF held its Q1 2026 Five-Star Performance Ceremony, honoring outstanding partners and lighting their path with glory.

A total of 118 employees received star honors: 27 one-star, 14 two-star, 52 three-star, 23 four-star. The five-star title went to Henry and Marge from the GM Office.

Five-star winner Henry thanked the company and team. He proactively explored AI video, built methodologies, and steadied the core during team changes. He emphasized leading by example and reducing friction through goal alignment. Moving forward, he will deepen brand storytelling to make MRF trusted.

Four-star winner Zuzanny shared: she creates SOP folders with checklists and real-time notes for each task. By continuously updating handover guides, she avoids information gaps. Every new point gets noted immediately, making work increasingly thorough.

Shanghai branch’s four-star winner Stephanie built a new-hire training track: from competency-based hiring to the "learn-practice-test" three steps. Week-one basics, week-two test and mentoring, monthly assessments during probation. This saves mentor time and helps newcomers navigate confusion.

GM Kalyan noted: the best team building is celebration—making excellence visible. He shared the 4E+P leadership model, noting that good mindset triples efficiency. He encouraged deep thinking, method extraction, and replicable experience. Sharing is leadership: deliver value, resonate, achieve yourself, and light up others.

Certificates are footnotes of the past; action is the prologue of the future. Let us follow the example of five-star staff, unite efforts, achieve more, and help MRF reach its annual strategic goals.
