On July 24, MRF held its Q2 Five-Star Performance Ceremony, honoring outstanding partners and celebrating their hard work.
Star Brilliance, Future Shines: MRF Q2 Five-Star Awards
2026.07.24
A total of 138 received star honors: 38 one-star, 26 two-star, 50 three-star, 24 four-star. The five-star title went to Orien (MD Office) and Jessie (Admin & HR).
Four-star winner Yolanda shared her finance practice: list daily tasks, note uncertainties, record conclusions; keep trace of all processes and changes to mitigate risks and enable quick review.
Four-star winner Moka managed high-pressure urgent orders via four focus areas: efficiency (priorities, templates, daily closure), quality (order-cut confirmation & tracking), mindset (calm, proactive reporting), and collaboration (timely response, clear feedback, early warning) to cut team communication costs.
Five-star winner Orien shared: supervision is about "calibrating" not just "passing" information. He cited standardizing regional data as an example of rigor. True execution is eliminating uncertainty upfront, not reacting fast. He plans to codify checks into reusable checklists and templates, turning process into trusted assets.
Deputy MD Kalyan commented: Yolanda’s “error-proof mechanism” is a proactive prevention model; Moka’s methods can be used in new-hire training; Orien’s ability to translate data into insights is a core management competence. He reminded all to turn professional content into key takeaways for non-expert audiences. The best leadership isn't knowing everything—it's piecing together each person’s strengths. One star lights another, and together they illuminate the whole sky. Make “enlightenment” a daily practice to fuel team growth.
Honors are a start, not an end. One star lights another, lighting the whole sky. Let us draw strength from role models, unite efforts, and help MRF achieve its annual goals.
