On August 30th, led by Ms. Liang Jie from the School of Foreign Languages of Shenzhen University of Technology, the sophomore English major students of the School of Foreign Languages went to Taibo for a site visit and study. Niya and Alex, the assistant general manager, Kanas, the deputy director of administration warmly received them, and introduced the company and industry for the students. After the sharing session, they also had an exchange discussion. Niya reached an agreement with Professor Liang of School of Foreign Languages of Shenzhen University of Technology, and initially established a school-enterprise cooperative relationship. The move can effectively share resources between universities and enterprises and improve operational efficiency. It plans to provide internship opportunities for the school of Foreign Languages in 2022, and promises to conduct orientation training for students, which is jointly conducted by universities and enterprises. It intends to strengthen the close combination of students and enterprise job requirements, so that students can fully meet the requirements of enterprises and participate in practical work immediately after graduation.

As a local enterprise, Taibo is willing to undertake the social responsibility of training and exploring talents, and establish school-enterprise cooperation. Both sides support each other, penetrate each other, intervene in each other, complement each other's advantages, use each other's resources, and share their interests, so as to jointly cultivate talents, which is of great significance to economic and social development.
