At 9:00 am on July 4, 2020, MRF held the 2020 MRF management mid-year meeting in Grand Hyatt Hotel, Luohu District, Shenzhen. The meeting will focus on: I. What difficulties our department and I have experienced from 2019 to the first half of 2020, and how we have overcome them; 2. How do I understand the relationship between the team and myself in the team? 3. What do I think of the company's vision: "We want to become the industry standard of freight forwarding services in China in the new era"? How does my team prepare for this vision? 4. What are the company's development, challenges and crises in 2020? Open up a discussion. The meeting was presided over by Alex. General Manager Niya, deputy general Manager Freddy and department managers delivered speeches.

General Manager Niya delivered an important speech:

1.We have suffered a lot of challenges in 2019 and 2020, but with all the support from each of you here, we achieved our target in 2019. Thank you for your hard work and company with MRF. I believe that we can strive a better achievement in the second half of 2020.

2.This year, I also have a lot of understanding of life. We have three parts in our life very importantly: self, society, family. As a person, I choose to care more about social contribution or myself, so whatever I choose and whatever I do is just to be myself. I have no any regrets, I have no any complains and excuses, because I am just trying to be myself and myself I think is connected with MRF. I want to strive the mission-We can be the benchmark of Chinese freight forwarder and we are the new times Chinese freight forwarder server. I hope everybody of us can remember this mission and work out. I hope everyone can realize that you are working for your dreams.

Deputy general Manager Freddy delivered an important speech online:

1.During the epidemic period, every colleague should take the pandemic seriously. Especially colleagues in overseas branches, please contact Niya and Freddy in time if you have any needs or questions. We must prevent the second wave of the epidemic from coming back.

2.In the face of the current global pandemic, we advocate everyone to be a person that others can't live without in terms of sales and service - to feel what agents care about and need, care about the market conditions, and get through the difficult times together.

3.The global economy is in a downward trend, so we should focus on risk control. It is necessary to be rigorous about our customers’ failure or applying for bankruptcy at this time. Tyler is asked to do a sharing session on the handling of follow-up issues after the failure of the customer.

4.There are four types of people in the team: Type A, people with ideas and ability; Type B, people with ideas but no ability; Type C, people with ability but no ideas; Type D, people without ability or ideas. Our managers are expected to always measure their status against this standard.

What difficulties did our department and I experience in 2019 and the first half of 2020? How did we overcome that?

1.Market contraction under the impact of the epidemic.

2.Pressure and team building under the impact of the epidemic

3.Changes in partners brought an impact on the corresponding market of the company.

4. Increased financial risk in a bad economy.

(1)Do a good job in risk control and early warning in special periods.(2)Establish and improve the financial system.(3)Establish a financial analysis model.

2.How do I understand the relationship between the team and the self in the team?

(1)Team members recognize and respect each other, share information, and learn from each other.

(2)Common goal: Team is a collective with a common goal. Each member has a sense of mission and sacrifice spirit when necessary to achieve a higher goal of the team.

(3)Self in the team: Clearly know and do your job well, assist your teammates as much as possible, so that your team can accomplish its big goals.

(4)Relationship of mutual achievement: The better the team, the better the individual becomes.

(5)Team strength: A person can go very fast, but a group of people can go very far.

(6)Team is just like a car. The ego is the steering wheel, engine, tire and other parts. Only when these parts are complete and coordinated with each other, can the team be driven forward with direction and purpose. Teams and individuals depend on each other and achieve each other.

(7)The team leader should set reasonable team goals according to the actual situation, and also shoulder the responsibility of encouraging team members to be full of energy!

(8)The team is also a big family. We should not only care about the working status of team members, but also care about their feelings in the team. Only when there is no estrangement between team members, can we gain their trust, give team members a sense of belonging to the team, and make the team more cohesive.

3.How do I see the company‘s mission? What does my team need to do to achieve it?

This is a long-term process, we should be prepared for perseverance. Perseverance is not because of hope, but perseverance is the only way to see hope.

Operation department
