At 4pm on August 22, the first OKR Application Sharing and Evaluation of MRF Business Department was successfully held in Shenzhen Conference Room as scheduled. At the event site, the contestants showed excellent performance, let's review the wonderful moments of the event!

First of all, let's understand the objective and significance of the OKR Evaluation. OKR, or "Objectives and Key Results", is a highly effective objective management method that helps to clarify team and individual objectives, measure performance, and achieve better results. The purpose of this evaluation is to encourage team members to utilize the OKR method, share each other's experience and results, and further promote the development of the team.

Among the participants, Miranda from Sales Department 1, Monet from Sales Department 3, Flora from Sales Department 4, and Abigail and Plantaina from Qingdao Branch showed extraordinary ability and passion. With full of enthusiasm, they applied OKR in their work practice and achieved remarkable results.

During the voting phase, Managing Director Niya emphasized the core idea and use of OKRs. She pointed out that the essence of OKRs is to stimulate personal internal drive so that people pursue objectives with a proactive and voluntary self-motivated attitude. She emphasized that people who choose OKRs and objectives in a team should be mature and responsible people who can take responsibility for their choices and results. Each objective split requires someone to monitor progress and conduct regular reporting, and the reporting process can be given more of a ceremonial feel.

Sales Department 4 won the OKR Star Department Award. Department representative Flora has performed well in the application of OKR, achieving excellent results.

Miranda, a representative of the Sales Department 1, and Plantaina from the Qingdao branch won the OKR Creative Department Award. They demonstrated their unique creativity and practical approach. In addition, Monet, representative of Sales Department 3, and Abigail from Qingdao Branch won the Outstanding Participation Award for their fearlessness in practicing OKR and rising to the challenge.
