From June 27 to 29, MRF management meeting was held as scheduled at Kingkey Palace Hotel Shenzhen, with the theme of 'Touching the Pulse of New Quality Productive Forces and Leading the Transformation in the Innovation Era'. Nowadays, the qualitative change of productivity is the key force driving social progress and economic development. Only by sensitively perceiving the source of new quality productive forces, grasping forward-looking thinking, daring to explore unknown fields, and constantly promoting technological innovation and management innovation, can we ultimately lead and shape industry changes.

A total of 56 members, including personnel above the deputy director level of each branch company, outstanding (manager) representatives, and personnel above the department manager level of the headquarters, participated in this meeting.
We specially invited Dr. Yifei Zhao, the professor of the shipping industry team of Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Industry Research Institute, to bring a special training on "New Quality Productive Forces" for the management. Professor Zhao analyzed the core concept of new quality productive forces and its key role in enterprise development in a simple and understandable way. Through rich cases and frontier theories, everyone has a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of how to enhance the competitiveness and development advantages of MRF in the current economic environment.
In addition, the meeting specially invited Principal Mu Tao of Action Education in Shenzhen to give the ‘Talent Decides the Victory’ Training, leading us on how to identify and cultivate the key talents who can drive the enterprise forward. Through this lecture, everyone gained the strategies to cultivate talents and the wisdom to build an efficient team.
On the afternoon of June 28, the directors of each department reported on the department's goals, challenges faced, and future strategic plans, and conducted in-depth and intense discussions and studies on the practical problems encountered in the development process. This not only enables the management to fully grasp the operational status of each department of MRF, but also provides valuable opportunities for cross-departmental communication and collaboration, and pools wisdom for common progress.

Only with dreams can we stimulate our inner self-driving force, clarify standards, formulate action plans, and persevere in the pursuit of excellence to achieve the desired results. Taking the excellent service of Haidilao as an example, she emphasized the importance of being customer-centered and advocated continuous breakthroughs in product innovation and management innovation. To further strengthen team cohesion, MRF carefully arranged a vibrant and interactive team-building ice-breaking trip, making the team's starlight shine even brighter in mutual reflection. The next day, there were a series of colorful entertainment activities such as Guandan (a card game) , KTV and so on, along with the seaside sunset. The gentle sea breeze blew away the tension of the day, and the leisurely singing dissipated the fatigue of the night.
On the afternoon of the last day, all the management of MRF took a yacht trip out to sea. Escaping the noise of the city, the blue sea waves rippled, and the gentle sea breeze brought freshness. All of this made this yacht trip extremely pleasant.
After blowing the wind of freedom and returning to the core of this meeting again, in order to allow everyone to personally experience the changes in the market, MRF organized a vivid course ‘Market Showdown’. Using scenario simulation as a mirror to reflect the real market competition, it led the management to deeply think about the key to winning in the changeable market, gathered team strength, and ignited new inspirations. Everyone has a deeper understanding of the changes and competition in the market, and also has a deeper understanding of the responsibilities they shoulder.
