After a fierce competition among four elite teams from the Sales Department II and Qingdao Branch Sales Department, the two teams that advanced to the final - the "BELKM" team from Sales Department II and the "Leitingwanjun" team from Qingdao Branch Sales Department - engaged in a thrilling contest.
Last week, MRF held the preliminary round of MRF's First Sales Management Competition. After a fierce competition among four elite teams from the Sales Department II and Qingdao Branch Sales Department, the two teams that advanced to the final - the "BELKM" team from Sales Department II and the "Leitingwanjun" team from Qingdao Branch Sales Department - engaged in a thrilling contest.
The "BELKM" team started with values and action guidelines, combining them with three actual cases from their department, demonstrating their profound understanding of the theme.
The "Leitingwanjun" group discussed actual cases of conflicts between personal performance and company values, interests, and regulations, and proposed corresponding solutions, reflecting their understanding and views on the pain points.
After intense competition and detailed comments from the judges, Managing Director Niya, in response to each team's roadshow, combined with her own examples and sales department cases, vividly explained the knowledge of “Tianlong Ten”, focusing on guiding the talent cultivation model of each department and clarifying expectations.
In the end, after scoring by the judges and online voting, the "BELKM" group from Sales Department II was awarded the championship of this competition. Managing Director Niya presented the trophy and a cash prize of 10,000 RMB to the winning team and took a group photo.
Although the competition has ended, the thoughts and insights it has brought are far from over. Through this competition, each group not only demonstrated a deep understanding and exploration of the company's business management but also proposed many management ideas worth learning for future work.
