Break with 10x Thinking, Climb to Growth Peak: MRF Book Club

2026.05.09

On the afternoon of May 9, 2026, MRF management held a heated book club on "10x Growth, Rebuilding Cognition." Centered on the book, GM Niya, Deputy GM Kalyan, and three sales VPs formed a judging panel to lead a mindset upgrade journey.

The event was structured around a "10x Growth Guide," using group PK, practical discussions, and sharing to integrate theory with freight forwarding management. Everyone became a "growth breaker," understanding the core difference between 2x and 10x thinking.

The opening quote-reading session sparked thinking. Managers from finance, GM office, commercial, and branches shared insights: 2x is patchwork involution, 10x is logical breakthrough; scarcity fights for, abundance creates.

In the 10x thinking PK session, teams tackled three pain points: unfocused goals, non-core energy drain, and lack of differentiation. Commercial, finance, and sales teams proposed solutions based on freight forwarding scenarios.

The judges commented: 2x thinking is linear optimization and tactical diligence; 10x thinking is exponential growth and strategic focus. 10x growth means breaking constraints, creating differentiation, and delivering irreplaceable value.

GM Niya noted: Q1 growth was solid, but we're only 0.01% from the benchmark — 10x thinking is the bridge. Citing her own story, she urged managers to reject inertia, set high goals, and break cognitive limits daily for breakthrough growth.

Deputy GM Kalyan stressed: learning agility is a manager's core competence. Only by applying what you learn can you build a team of aces and tackle industry competition with 10x thinking.

The event awarded an MVP champion team and top 3 individuals. Winners received recognition and training slots. Behind every result is mindset upgrade and action determination. This book club was more than theory — it was a key opportunity for MRF management to break inertia and rebuild cognition, laying the foundation for higher-quality, faster growth.

In the future, all managers will embed 10x thinking into daily work: focus on core, cut redundancy, break inertia, innovate management, integrate business & finance, and create value. They will lead teams to build competitive moats and write MRF’s new chapter of 10x growth.
